During this module participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver constructive and meaningful feedback to faculty members. Feedback is a critical component of professional development in educational settings and plays a vital role in enhancing teaching effectiveness and overall faculty growth. Through practical case scenarios and video examples learners will explore the purpose, techniques, and challenges associated with giving feedback to faculty.
