Full course description
This course is dedicated to helping faculty members enhance the clinical learning experience by fostering meaningful roles for students. By integrating students into meaningful tasks and responsibilities within clinical environments, faculty can significantly boost student engagement, learning outcomes, and professional development. This course will provide faculty with a comprehensive understanding of the importance of meaningful roles, identify common barriers, and teach strategies to effectively encourage and maintain these roles for students in clinical settings.
